Flexibility is key. Anelise offers common shifts to accommodate the needs of the family: Day Shifts: These typically follow a standard 9 to 5 schedule or can be shorter, flexible shifts lasting 3 to 5 hours. For example, Anelise might work from 10 am to 2 pm or from after school, around 2 to 5 or 6 pm. Evening Shifts: From about 6 pm until “bedtime,” which is usually around 10 or 11 pm. Overnight Shifts: These are the most popular shifts.
